GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE - CSS_EDITORversion of November 1, 2026

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions govern access to the website css-editor.ow-apps.pro (hereinafter "the Site") and the sale of licenses for the CSS_EDITOR software (hereinafter "the Software"). The service is offered by David Mourvillier, a French national residing in Cambodia (hereinafter "the Licensor" or "the Operator").

Online payment processing and transaction security are ensured by Polar.sh, a third-party partner acting as Merchant of Record (hereinafter "the Platform"). By purchasing a license, the Buyer enters into a sales contract with the Platform for the digital product and a license agreement with the Licensor for the use of the Software.

By accessing the Site's services, the User (hereinafter "the Registered User", "the Participant", "the Licensee" or "the Buyer") fully accepts these terms and conditions as well as the terms of use of the Platform.

Article 1 - Definitions

  • "the Site": refers to the website css-editor.ow-apps.pro which offers and provides the services covered by these terms and conditions.
  • "the Software" or "CSS_EDITOR": refers to the visual CSS editor offered on the Site, in all its forms of distribution: standalone archive (ZIP), PrestaShop module, WordPress plugin, Shopify application.
  • "License": authorization to use the Software, linked to a number of Domains according to the chosen formula (Solo: 2 domains, Multi: 10 domains, Agency: 50 domains).
  • "License key": a unique identifier issued after purchase, activating the edition beyond the trial period.

Article 2 - The Product

The Software is a visual CSS editor that opens on _0

The Software never loads for visitors to the User's site: only the site's CSS file is modified, and only when the User explicitly saves their changes.

Article 3 - Free trial and guarantee

The Trial allows the User to use all the Software's features for one hour on their own website. At the end of the Trial, any styles already saved remain permanently applied and are never deleted; only editing is locked until a valid License Key is entered.

The trial constitutes the product guarantee: the User is invited to verify, before any purchase, that the Software works on their own site and is suitable for their use.

Article 4 - License and Domains

The License is a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Software, linked to the number of Domains in the chosen plan. Software updates are included for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Linking a key to a domain is permanent, and keys are never automatically released. As an exception, if the user's site migrates permanently to a new domain (migration, name change), the operator can manually reassign the key upon request to support; this option cannot be used to successively use the same license on multiple sites.

Article 5 - Price, payment and cancellation

5.1 Price and transaction:

Prices are displayed excluding taxes; the Platform, acting as Merchant of Record, adds the applicable taxes based on the Buyer's country. The order is processed on the Platform. The Buyer is liable for the price indicated at the time of purchase. Displayed prices may be promotional launch prices; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

The Referral Program is entirely managed by the Operator via each Registered User's account on the Site.

If this Visitor leaves the Site without registering and returns to the Site to register without having gone through a referral link, he will normally not be a Referred and he will not have a Referrer, unless the Site uses a cookie to recognize him.

The Operator, wishing to attract interest in promoting the Software, and therefore wanting to pay the maximum commissions, normally prefers to use this cookie, but cannot guarantee its technical availability or its storage in the Visitor's browser.

Any click on a referral link cancels the click on _0

Referral links have no effect on people already registered on the Site: once Registered, it is impossible to change Sponsor, even if the Registered does not have a Sponsor.

6.3 Sales Commissions:

Commissions are 10% of the sale price excluding tax and are applicable for 1 year after each referral's registration.

Each commission, before being paid, goes through a "commission pending validation" stage, the duration of which depends on the final validation time of the payment entitling the recipient to that commission. For your information, this period is normally between 15 and 30 days.

6.4 Monitoring and reporting:

Each Registered User can track the number of referrals they have obtained and when they obtained them, as well as the commissions owed to them and those pending, via their personal account on the Site.

The personal information of the godchildren is in _0

Article 7 - Calculation and payment of commissions

Commissions are systematically calculated as a percentage of a price excluding taxes.

Commission allocation is done automatically by the Site based on the information provided by the Platform.

As the price excluding taxes may vary, the final value of the commission may also vary accordingly.

Commission payments require the provision of the beneficiary's valid bank details and, if the beneficiary is subject to VAT in their country of residence, their corresponding tax identification number. Otherwise, a payment receipt will be issued by the Operator.

Sales commission payments are managed and paid directly by the Operator via a third-party payment service (e.g., Wise, PayPal) or by bank transfer.

Requests for payment of commissions due can be made starting from USD and any transfer fees are the responsibility of the Participant.

Article 8 - Intellectual Property

The Licensee remains the sole owner of the intellectual property rights to the Software and the Site. The License does not transfer any ownership rights.

CSS files created or modified by the User using the Software remain the sole property of the User, without any claim from the Licensee.

Article 9 - Responsibilities

The Software is provided "as is". The User uses it at their own sole risk and is advised to test any modifications in a development environment before applying them to a production site.

The Software automatically creates backup copies (.orig and .bak) with each save; however, the Operator cannot be held responsible for any data loss, unavailability or damage related to the use of the Software.

The Licensee undertakes to fully comply with all standards, regulations and legislation that may concern its use, and releases the Platform and the Operator from any liability with respect to the standards, regulations and legislation in force in its jurisdiction.

Article 10 - Personal Data and Confidentiality

The personal data collected is limited to what is _0

The Software does not transmit any data from visitors to the User's sites; only technical license validation requests are sent to the Operator's servers.

Article 11 - Termination and applicable law

The Operator may suspend or terminate a User's access in the event of a breach of these conditions, including in the event of misuse or fraudulent use of a license or the referral program.

These terms and conditions are governed by the law applicable to the Operator's residence, subject to the mandatory provisions of consumer law applicable to the Buyer. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first through the Site's support channels.
